Emil’s Dinner Party/Private Function Request
Based on availability, we will be happy to open for dinner parties/private functions of any size with a food and beverage minimum of $1500 on days we are not open for regular dinner service and $800 for days we are open for dinner. (This does not include taxes and gratuities.) Our local sales tax rate is 9.75% and our standard gratuity for a private function is 20%. If the actual food and beverage consumption does not meet our minimum, we will convert the difference to a room rental fee or un-met minimum charge.
Menus for any private event will be based on the number in the party, the theme, and budget for the event. We are happy to provide limited and/or pre-fixe menus for any group or event. Our chef typically suggest a three-course menu that provides a soup and salad choice, followed by a beef, chicken, or fresh fish entrée choice, and ending with a selection of fresh-made desserts.
Arrangements for any dinner party/private function will be scheduled based on availability and a $250 cancellation fee will apply if the event is cancelled with-in 5 business days of the scheduled date.
We have full bar service, including a nice wine selection, to compliment our dinner menus. Any wine brought in will be subject to a $10.00 per 750lt bottle corking fee.
